So I'm preparing to ship and I had a few procedural questions:

Does the embassy care if copies are black and white or color? Should all proof of relationship and required documents be in color or are black and white print outs acceptable?

Can I highlight visa stamps and notate which trips / visits together they are related to directly on the photocopy of the visa pages?

And when the guide says "all pages of the visa", does this include the blank pages?

Thanks!

- Black and white copies are fine.

Can I highlight visa stamps and notate which trips / visits together they are related to directly on the photocopy of the visa pages?

- I wouldn't highlight anything just make copes... The CO will determine what is pertinent.

And when the guide says "all pages of the visa", does this include the blank pages?

- Yes ,I made copes of all visa pages - even the blank ones. Some people don't. It's a personal choice.

Thanks!

I also only sent black and white copies.

Additionally, I labeled pages with post it notes -- identifying the document and indicating which date and location each referred to. I also identified dates and locations/trips relating to passport stamps (some stamps were on top of others, so I tried to facilitate easy navigation). I didn't highlight since I figured the post-it is informative but allows the CO to view the unaltered document.

And I did not include the blank pages of my or my fiance's visa.

Does the embassy care if copies are black and white or color? Should all proof of relationship and required documents be in color or are black and white print outs acceptable? - B&W copies are fine. For proof of relationship (pictures), I think it's best these are colored :) But for receipts etc, b&w is ok

- sure, if you think it will help make the adjudicators job easier, go for it

And when the guide says "all pages of the visa", does this include the blank pages?

- only include blank pages if you are using the passport as proof of citizenship. but if it's only for proof of meeting within 2 years, no need for all blank pages

You need to include all pages of the passport if this is proof of your US citizenship. Also, just include the pages of your passport that have the stamps, no need to indicate what each stamp is for.
