Thanks apple. I know. It's probably the first time the USEM has encountered such a case and didn't have the experience to make a swift decision. And I felt so alone during that period because no one in this forum has the same experience. But with patience and prayers we made it.

How many days can I expect our passport with visa ?

From issued to 2GO getting the package, should only be a couple more days. Remember the embassy doesn't work weekends.

Thanks. The 2Go form we filled up didn't have an option for pickup. When can I call them to indicate what branch we want to pick up the package ? They might deliver it at home but no one is there during working days.

2GO will want to deliver to the address on the form, you can call them to find out. There is info for 2GO in my link under TRACKING

Thanks Hank. When I dialed the 2go number on your link it said that their new hotline is 77-99-222 but also said I should call the US Embassy for a change in delivery info.

You're welcome. I called the embassy and was told to send an email to ivmnlappointments.state.gov (can be included in your link smile.png )

Thanks. It's very stressful and will try not only your patience but also your resourcefulness and faith too. I hope this will be an inspiration to those who are also waiting for so long.
