Try a timeline search to see what others are experiencing for CSC AOS. I am not sure if that will give you any peace of mind so maybe you could also try to do an info pass to see what has happened with your petition. That does seem to be a long time to not hear anything from CSC.

I wish you the best of luck and hope that you hear something soon.

Unfortunately, the AOS timelines are not set up to handle CSC transfers.

where exactly are you seeing CSC posted processing dates?

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Proc...nter=California

The processing dates for CSC for the I-485 specifically say that it is for employment based adjustment applications. I'm not sure that you can go by the same date for family based adjustment.

I had a conversation about this with a USCIS employee (not the miss-information line) and they are adding the "family based" AOS to the website, but it is not there yet. Currently there is no way to tell where you are in the process unless you get lucky and get someone who can get a real status on your case.

Can't you go to the immigration office near you and ask about your status?

Heck, we were transferred to California February 2005 and have only recently been added to pending after waiting all day at the NYC immigration office one month ago. My wife had to get fingerprinted again, last Saturday. It is all a big crapshoot and unless someone is on your side you are screwed. People with wives from Russia are especially prone to being screwed.

I'm wondering why people with wives from russia are especially prone to being screwed.

If I get a wife, I'll make sure she is not from Russia.

I sympathize with your situation and offer you hope that it will come. I filed for AOS in July 2004, did fingerprints in late August 2004, then it sat. In October, 2005 my file was transferred to California. In February 2006 I had to redo my fingerprints. My AOS was finally approved the last week of May, 2006 - 3 weeks prior to our 2nd Anniversary. I hope you hear something soon.
