So, my fiance opened the plastic on the package.... Im assuming this is bad. I guess she did it to remove the passports. We are due to fly in 10 days...

We are trying to figure out the stupid CFO stuff.... please god help me...

What do we do now?

She needs to attend CFO seminar and have a CFO sticker on her Passport. here is the link on how. and what are requirements, and all stuffs about CFO http://www.cfo.gov.ph/ .

December 20,2013-------Notice of Action "Approval"
December 26,2013-------Case was Shipped to National Visa Center
January 13,2014 -------Case received at NVC
February 12, 2014-------NVC Assigned Case Number

February 25,2014------- Paid AOS & IV bill

February 27,2014------ -AOS & IV documents was submitted to NVC ( Completed DS-260 )

March 4, 2014 --------- NVC received AOS & IV documents

March 10 & 11,2014 -----( Done Advanced Medical at SLEC ) = Passed

March 21,2014---------- Case Completed

April 04,2014---------Received Interview Date ( P4)

May 5,2014-------- -Interview ( APPROVED )

Its okay to open the plastic bag. Just make sure that the yellow packet/envelope does not get damaged.

Nope not bad to open the plastic bag to retrieve the passport (how else do you get it out? ;) )

They do actually kind of list it, in the "and any other document the counselor decides is necessary" comment. Or something along that lines. My wife was asking for all the originals on a bunch of things to, besides the copies. I swear if asked to prove who I was in the USA, I would have had a hard time doing it until got here with all those documents. Well it wasn't quite that bad, but close. I had to explain to her if they don't get to keep originals and if they want copies to use the ones I supplied with the serious ID parts blacked out. Heck anyone with all that info about me could have gotten a mortgage in my name!

And I thought this topic was going to be about how Filipina spouses love to horde plastic bags rofl.gif
