The petitioner sponsoring his fiancé has no income due to being a full time student, so the petitioner is using a Co-Sponsor to fill out the Affidavit of Support (I-134) with sufficient income.

If a Co-Sponsor being used and is filling out the Affidavit of Support, does the petitioner also have to fill out the Affidavit of Support as well? Even though petitioner has no income??

the petition is always the main sponsor. if he or she cannot meet the poverty guidelines, they can have a joint sponsor

Just make sure the embassy accepts co-sponsors.

Some don't, particularly those in high-risk, high-fraud countries.
