CEAC stuck READY!!!

Hi everyone, my fiance interview is done over a month now, and we still waiting for his passport with visa. Everytime I check online in CEAC for his status always said READY open case but his done in interview. Then I called the travel.state.gov and ask about my fiance visa they keep saying is still ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING..How come in online check visa status is READY, but if I called them is ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING, its confusing us..Dont know what to do, its been a month..were just wondering what going on..

Hi! Any updates? We're on the same situation but mine is READY FOR INTERVIEW and my status updated everyday except case creation date! I'm going crazyyyyyyy here! It's been 2 weeks now since my interview. ;((((
