No. You can have a different joint sponsor for AOS, or no joint sponsor at all, if you do not need one anymore.

Tax transcripts...less reason to think they are fake. Anyone can make up a tax return.

Use the ones you ordered that say tax return transcript. They include all the information needed.

You can do as you choose, but you really do not need both.

A tax return transcript shows most line items from your tax return (Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ) as it was originally filed, including any accompanying forms and schedules. In most cases, your transcript includes all the information a lender or government agency needs.

Yes, send copies of the tax transcripts. The I-134 needs to be original though.
