Nov 20 - Ready

Nov 21 - Issued

Nov 24 - i track using a passport Status :

Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Fiancee passed her interview on Nov 13 but she forgot daughters NSO birth certificate which she had to the Embassy that day, confirmed they received Nov 15.

Been in AP since then.

- 5/513 - NOA1 received by email - 10/16/13 - NOA2 received in mail - US Embassy Manila Interviews Passed 11/13/13 - 3/4/14 Mailed AOS packet - 4/15/14 Biometrics complete

mine is ISSUED since NOV 21 until now nothing ... kinda a worried though!!! i try to track @ 2go its INVALID...

After issued, the actual visa is printed then affixed in the passport, then the DO NOT OPEN envelope and the passport are sealed in a plastic bag ready for 2GO to come and pickup, that takes a couples days and you can't count weekends as the embassy is not open on weekends.

Yes you can book. Just make sure she goes to CFO right away. If she's 60 years old and above, she's exempted from the seminar and she'll only need to register and get the sticker.
