It is like the lottery, you never know who has a winning ticket. I can only research the next steps in this process and wait for the NOA-2.

Got NOA1 - Oct 8th 2013.

Mine was changed twice, once shortly after NOA1 and then after 9 months it was changed again and I was approved that day.
