So we're going to call the NVC to get our case number we have been approved nearly 3 weeks. I just need to know a few things if anyone can help.

What's the number I call?

What options do I choose to get through?

What do I need and what will they need?

You can call this number up until midnight (603) 334-0700

I would normally call around 9pm central and wouldn't have to hold too long (about 15 minutes). I know it sounds like a long time but many times during the day you could be on hold for about an hour. You might get a busy signal when you call. Just hang up and keep trying until you get through.

​You will need the petitioner and beneficiary's name and birthdays. And your USCIS case number.

If the give you your NVC case number, also ask for the invoice number, as you'll need that later

have your receipt number which is found on your NOA2 and probably your noa2 notice date
