when the I-129F petition makes it way over to GUZ IV -

the beneficiary fills out more forms for a k-1 visa and a K-2 visa, paying the fees (currently) at CITIC Bank.

the beneficiary fills out more forms for a k-1 visa and a K-2 visa, paying the fees (currently) at CITIC Bank.

Specifically, the P-3 and P-4 forms. Nothing needs to be filed with the USCIS for the K-2, other than listing him on your fiance's I-129F.
