Hello everyone

I am a new member, I have gotten through many steps by VJ's help. Thanks for this site.

I am (permanent resident) sponsoring my husband coming to US.

I got the AOS processing fee bill invoice from NVC. Then I paid the $88 and sent my AOS forms.

When I got back to the site I found out that I missed sending form DS-3023, so I still not be able to pay and get form DS-230 going.

I don't know if they should send the form DS-3023 to my husband or me? If they would send to my husband in Beijing why my husband hasn't gotten any letters or informations. Is my husband's address wrong? I am concerned is because the address is so complicated.

Anyways my husband sent an E-mail explained he wants me to be his agent.( He used the E-mail template). We haven't received any response.

My questions are:

1, do I need to call NVC to confirm my husband's address? or send an E-mail?

2, What will happen if we left step sending DS-3023 behind AOS?( The AOS package has delivered today)

Its online DS-261 you need to be sending. And yes until they receive that you will not get invoived for the IV Bill which is the DS-260 (No more DS-230).

You are China so all your documents can be Electronically sent in you need to read the #1 and #2 post in NVC filers thread.

DS-3032 no longer used.

Must to use DS-261 now, and it's an online form.

might want to think about opting in for the optional NVC Electronic Processing, shaves off about 3 months of waiting time after case complete at NVC, to get the interview date.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
