I-130, living together question (split topic)

hi

what if I lived with my husband for over 3 months and in the end of this "living together" we got married and then I got back to my homeland, and on our marriage certificate we have the same residence address ? (the one in USA). after that my husband has visited me for few months , but that what I understand doesn't count as living together, am I right?

so should he wrote the one time when I was there as the last time living together ?

living together is when you share the same address, on driver licenses, bills, leases etc... generally over 6 months. It's not a big issue at all if you haven't lived together.

hi just to be sure -

I know that it might look like I am asking about the same all the time , but i am still not sure about this: is it or isn't going to be a problem that on our marriage licence my residence address is the same as my husband and since it was less than 4 months and I was on work and travel program I don't have put it in my last 5 years residence list, right ?

my papers are almost ready - that is the one thing I am not sure about yet.

what?

You're not making sense. On the G-325a you have to put your residences for the last 5 years... Permanent residences, not temporary ones.

Why are you sending a marriage license instead of a marriage certificate?

sorry english my second language, I just have too much on my mind now with all this papers and other stuff. it was just the slip of the tongue.

SO of course I am sending marriage certif. - I don't even have a marraige licence.
