It means USCIS asking more proof of your I-129F. You can't work alone by yourself prepare additional documents since he's the petitioner and probably some missing papers you need actually you have to get from him. What is written on RFE letter or your fiance just found out from text or the website?

I am assuming he got an email, text or checked the status on USCIS website about your case that TSC is requesting further evidence to continue with the petition. Until he gets a letter from them it is hard to know what they need. We got an RFE too for not answering one question on the I-129F application. Two weeks after we submitted the request, the petition was approved. The good news is your petition is being processed and once you submit what they want, they can make a decision on your case. Good luck.

It should state in the letter what other EVIDENCE is REQUIRED (needed) to support your I-129 application

For instance we got one. They wanted a letter of intent from me (not normally required) usually only supplied by the beneficiary

It was easy - done in an hour and sent to our attorney

We got approved 2 weeks after. Just get it done otherwise you are in a "pending" state.

If your fiancee is too busy -- then have him hire a QUALIFIED immigration attorney

Did you get an email or the actual letter? If the letter it lists what is requested, provide that information and send it back to USCIS with the RFE letter (make a copy before sending it to USCIS).

Once USCIS has the requested information it won't be too long before you get the final decision.
