The K1 visa that was issued states that the expiration date is: dec 27, 2013.

However, upon entering the country, on sept 19, the USA officer stamped the passport and wrote with a pen the date: 19 Dec 2013.

Does this mean the K1 visa expires on Dec 19 or Dec 27?

I-485 asks for current USCIS status expires on? What date do I put?

He/She wrote Dec. 19th because that's when you have to be married by. When you file AOS afterward they will look at the passport and check the date which you entered and when you got married and make sure it falls within the 90 days of entry to the US as required. Sorry I just realized there was more to your Q...I checked our paper and we wrote the date that was printed on the visa, nobody wrote a different date on my husbands, just the word USED.

The K-1 visa became null and void the moment you used it to enter the US. The date you need is the date from your stamp/I-94. The I-94 controls your status after entry. https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html
