Hello,

My wife is here already in the US through K-1. Right now, we are in the process of filing the I-485. My question is, can my fiancé travel to Hawaii? I know it's part of the US, but I am not 100% sure when the CBP agent won't let her back in to San Diego.

Yes.

Your wife will not pass through immigration controls since it's a domestic flight (assuming it makes no stops in other countries, which you should ensure it doesn't).

Presumably you don't have both a wife and a fiancée.
