Hi all

Ive just started the lovely process of filling in my I-485.

section 3 asks for my Non-immigrant visa number so i'm staring at my K1 visa in my passport and I see a control number and an annotation number and a number written in red starting with "H"

Can anyone help me out pleaseeeee??

I actually did a search on this site and guess what someone else had asked the same question lol

So for those too lazy to do the search (cough cough) its the red number (at least its red in my british passport) just below the expiration date :)

Some one else has asked the question 200 times even..LOL. Good job finding it yourself. And it starts with A not H.

hmmm... the number starting with "A" is an "Annotation Number"... is that the number I'm looking for?? the other number definitely starts with an H lol

Well, I've only heard of the "A Number" beginning with A. Look on the NOA2 and see what it is.
