Under Medical and health information, it asks a questions:

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

I am not sure if I am supposed to answer 'Yes' or 'No' as I don't have any medical records with me. I read many different posts on visa journey, it seems people have gone with either 'Yes' or 'No'. Those choosing 'Yes' have pointed out that the medical records will be available by the time the interview takes place because the medical review takes care of this. Those who have opted for 'No' say that they had checked with NVC customer service agent about it and they recommended to put no their with an explaination that the records will be available at the time of interview as Medical review hasn't taken place yet. I am worried answering this quesiton wrongly wont jeapordize my case. I want to know if therer is anyway who opted for either of the answers and cleared the interview. I need to know whats the best answer here. Would appreciate a quick feedback.

I just filled in the DS-260 and checked yes as i do have paperwork from my doctor thats needed for the medical for the shots that i had at my Dr's that were needed.

I checked Yes as well. I believe the application is more for the Embassy than it is for NVC.

Medical is mandatory and the records WOULD be available at the Embassy.

As for me, I wrote there YES. My analysis was, if you put no--this will bring up more questions during the interview. Let your medical records and your medical examination speak for itself. Anyway, they will surely give everything you will need during the med exams as per US requirement/standards so you can qualify for the visa.

That's why it is important to have completed the medical examination ahead of the interview.

So I guess all you need to do is to stay healthy! And good luck!
