IV Fee Payment stays IN PROCESS

Hi VJ,

Its has been the 9th days to now since I initiated the payment and still the payment status is "IN PROCESS". One thing I noticed on the IV receipt is that there is no transaction id. I believe this causes the payment not pushing to my bank. Called NVC and said that I can either send a check or money order, but i think this will take weeks to process.

Has anyone experienced this same situation?

Thank you!

Hi!

We are in the same situation. We paid IV fees 07-OCT-2013 20:59 and its been almost 8 days and its still on "progress". I think it has something to do with the government shutdown.

As for sending via check/money order, its gonna take too long. I suggest to wait until shutdown is over because what if the payment department is closed until government is back up.

My wife called them today morning and they said it takes between 3 - 5 business days. Today is our 5th business day (not counting weekends and Columbus day).

Hope the status changes soon!

I think that is the cause the problem. It is a glitch in the system. The one that I saw which is "IN PROCESS" had a transaction ID. It went fine. My AOS receipt had transaction id too while still in process.

I sent the payment also on Oct. 7, 2013 18:30. So we both hit the glitch, i think

Jhun,

You paid yours on OCT 7 @ 6:30p, I paid on OCT 7 @ 9p. Yours has a transaction ID, mine does not, but we both are stuck in "IN PROGRESS".

I don't know what to attribute the anomaly to except for glitch. Have you tried calling NVC?

i dont have a transaction ID on my IV the receipt. NVC saying different things, one said that they are aware of the problem, others they dont know whats goin on.

Some suggest to send the check but others said just to wait until it is fixed!!!. very frustrating as there are no definite resolution to the problem..

For AOS, when we paid the $88, a transaction ID was generated the moment we paid. However, for IV, its been 8 days and still no Transaction ID. Does anyone think its a glitch? Maybe we should call them?

Yah I know its frustrating. I think we should wait for them to fix as I don't think it will take longer than 2 weeks to fix (because thats how long it takes were we to send money order or check).

I have told my wife to call NVC first thing tomorrow morning to see if they're having tech problem with transaction ID.

Will keep you guys updated.
