Items to bring to AOS interview questions

A few questions regarding the instructions on the NOA for the interview.

1. Says to bring a "completed medical examination (I-693) and vaccination supplement (unless already submitted)"....she had to get a full physical and rec'd shots prioir to her getting a K-1 visa, I assume that means it was already submitted? She rec'd a vaccination paper and a CD w/her lung x-ray to screen for TB, but nothing else.

2. Evidence of my US citizenship. It goes on in a different line to specify my birth certificate, so not sure what they want here....unless the birth certificate will suffice for this also.

3. All documentation establishing her eligibility for lawful permanent resident status? Lost here, what do I need for this?

1. When you submitted your AOS package to apply for your greencard, Form I-693 would have been included as part of the I-485 Adjustment of Status package. In other words, this has already been submitted or you would have received an RFE prior to a scheduled interview

2. Evidence of your U.S. citizenship doesn't have to be a birth certificate. A U.S. passport will suffice.

3. Not sure exactly what they are looking for but I'm assuming this would include evidence of her K-1 visa and your marriage certificate to prove you have since wed and are now eligible for a greencard? Please seek futher confirmation from other users as, like I said I'm not positive.
