Thanks apple21....still "At NVC"... Maybe it depends on the country. Is there any F2A from the Philippines ceac says "in transit" or "ready"? Or still "at nvc"?

Well it depends but normally I have seen on others timeline from 2 weeks to about 6 weeks. It depends on the embassy work load and things of that nature. Hope this helps. Good luck

Hi Ivana, My brother's case will be processed in the Philippines. His case is now "Ready" after a week of " In Transit". But he has no I/L yet . But we will call the embassy in Manila on Tuesday for interview schedule. Btw, his case was approved by NVC for expedite so we were instructed to call Manila for interview schedule once Manila receives his file.
