i submitted my k1fiancee packet on 2nd of october and they say it only take 3 days to received email or txt why its been 7 days i havent heard from anybody any suggestion

I submitted mine on October 2, 2013 as well, and I haven't heard anything either.

I never got the email, but I did get my NOA1 about two weeks after mailing.

how long you know your fiancee before you submitted your application if you dont mind me asking... because some of people i known from my town only took them 4 months and their fiancee got to be here in us

Did you guys submit the form G1145 (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) along with your application ????? you should get an email/text message within a week or so... if you did not submit this form, it can take up to 30 days to get your NOA 1... even though the majority of the time takes about 2 weeks.... good luck!!!

Please fill in your timeline... also, you said you submitted your application on Oct 2, does that mean you put it in the mail or they received it that day?

sorry my 1st time using this where to i see that time line at ?uhmm yeah i mailed it in on oct 2 but i never received anything not even the postal reciept that they they sign when they receipt my papers

oh then you are fine!!!! they might have just received it like 2 days ago... so it takes a couple of days to get that green receipt back and the electronic confirmation... hopefully you will get it by the end of this week....

in regards to your timeline, click on your username on the top right hand corner and click where it says "my timeline" it should take you to like a set up page where you can put in everything..... good luck... you can also check more things under "guides" .... good luck!!!! welcome to VJ!

Where did you send the documents? Did you send it via regular mail (USPS)? I sent mine thru FEDEX via 2 days delivery and got an email confirmation within 3 days after submission. I received the NOA1 letter in a week.

wow thats quick i sent mine at sups express mail to tx cuz that what it says on the instruction. n the guy told me its 2 to 3 days to get there

Mine was mailed on October 3, 2013. And yes, I did fill-out a G-1145. I presume I will get a text message, etc. I will look for the green postcard as well. I have delivery confirmation (via the Internet).

I sent my documents to the Texas address. It was immediately forwarded to New Hampshire as per the USPS website. I guess this is normal. Is that normal?

It could take between 1-3 weeks. I'd like to say dont worry, but I'm sure that doesn't help until you actually receive word about it. But you are still within the normal timeframe. Hang in there, it'll come any day now As you see on my timeline signature, I got my notification 8 days after we sent it
