Hi,

You can the copy of the passport & consult a Passport office to get cleared.

I'm trying to apply for visitor visa for my fiancée but the problem is her parents passports have no date of births on year of birth? How do I fill out the online application in this case? I think the system will not let me leave it blank.

Thanks,

Up until the 1960's in most of the villages in Jordan birth records were not kept as most children were birthed at home and parents were't required to register the births. My husband's mother and father had the same problem, but they did know the year they were born(their parents told them). They went to the civil status department and they corrected the problem by putting their birth dates as January 1 on the year they were born. for example 1/01/1951. So the place you want to go is the civil status department.

Oh ok they know their year of birth as well. After they go to the civil department and change this do they need to get new passports? Or can I still use their current passports numbers in the application?

I don't know
