Birth certficate ( u and dad)

Marriage contact ( u)

Marriage contract of ur dad

Proof u r a us citizen ( passport or us certificate the one oath taking)

Death certifate or divorce paper if applicable

Submit the xerox copy only

One more thing... Where it says "List spouse and all children of your relative" in #17 on the form I 130- Do I put only my name or my sisters name as well?

Just send copies. I only wrote my sisters name but I've read some comments here that you should include your name and your siblings names.

im about to send my application but someone told me i also have to send a copy of my naturalization certificate, is that true? i am only sending a copy of my u.s passport. please help!
