Cool ! There are returned mail pieces. Did you find out what they were?

--

as to 'helping you' - I've already suggested that you file a new I-130, nowish.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hi.

I didn't have any joint properties or accounts too, but as proofs of our relationship I sent pictures, flights tickets, an affidavit made by my priest saying that we were organizing a wedding cerimony in his catholic church (if we wanted only the visa we would have just had the civil wedding right? and I understand you had something like that, another cerimony, right?), and I also printed some screenshots here and there during different months where you could see daily skype video-callings.

- Civil wedding: September 10th, 2012

- I130 sent to the USCIS in Chicago on January 2013, while my husband was deployed

- Interview at the consulate in Naples, Italy in August 2013

- In the US since November 18th, 2013

- Green card in my mailbox on January 9th, 2014

Hi Everyone:

Just file my I-130 last Thursday. At the same time I always e-quest for my old I-130, here is the response from USCIS.

"We have place your case on a processing hold because the required security checks remain pending. Until we received the results of these security checks, we cannot move forward on your case. We require the results of security checks before we make a decision on any pending case"

Do you guys know what probally "required security checks remain pending" mean for over 2 years of after my denied I-130? Please advised. Thank you.

Hi Darnell:

If you received this reply, please try to help me.

#1 My New I-130 has been approved, has been transfer into NVC. Waiting for the Inovice number.

#2 My Old I-130 which got denied has new update, May 24 I got my NOIR, they want me to get evidence to prove my marriage is valid.

#3 My question is, How to deal with this situation? I know I will keep going with the New I-130, but NVC got my case on MAY 17, still no Invoice number yet, is it because the OLD I-130 affecting the new case? Or just NVC being slow these time?

#4 I am still prepareing the evidence for My old i-130 with NOIR also, In your opinion, should I state that I already approved the new I-130 and just show them more solid evidence?

Please advised. Thank you so much.
