Hello guys I just called NVC and they give my case number and my Invoice number what should I do next Please

My wife & My 2 daughters Visa Journey

09/21/1999 - Met
02/18/2012 - Johnny left for the US
07/26/2013 - Johnny went visiting
07/29/2013 - Got married in P-au-P
09/23/2013 - I-130 sent
09/30/2013 - PD
09/30/2013 - NOA-1 received in email

10/03/2013 - NOA 1 received in the mail
11/13/2013 - NOA-2 approved (in email)
11/18/2013 - NOA-2 received in snail mail

11/25/2013 - NVC received the case

12/05/2013 - NVC assigned case number

05/22/2015- NVC case completed over the phone

06/01/2015- cc email confirmation

Interview 08-05-2015 7AM Port-au-Prince

06/06/15 Ceac in AP status :cry: (they ask me for joint sponsor)

10/02/15 Ceac changed from AP to Issued (after almost 2 month)

10/07/15 Passport with Visa oh hand :dancing:

10/18/15 Ready to enter in US JFK airport

I don't think there is an easy way to get that info unless you file for FOIA. I did file FOIA in 2010 for my EB based I485 for a different reason and USCIS sent me a CD of about 170 pages including sn

From another forum i'm aware of few cases who filed I-130 & I-485 concurrently between Sept 8th and Sept 30, 2013.... and whose 485 changed to Testing & Interview status in the past 2 weeks...

So frustrating, just called NVC till now my case is not yet entered in the system but they told me they received it last nov.18,different from the previous operator that said they received nov.21 :(

never stop call them every day that is the key until the give you your case#

12/16/2013: NVC received my case file

01/15/2014: Case Number & IIN

02/21/2015: DS-261 generated & filled

02/24/2015: AOS fee generated

02/26/2015: AOS fee paid

03/04/2015: IV Packet fee bill generated

03/17/2015: IV Packet fee paid

03/20/2015: DS-260 filled & submitted online

03/16/2015 AOS & IV Packet Sent

04/09/2015: Case Completed thru Phone call 04/13/2015

04/16/2015: Received CC thru Email

05/06/2015: Received Interview Letter thru Email

05/13-14/2015: Medical done at SLEC

05/16/2015: Status at NVC "READY"

06/22/2015: Interview date APPROVED!

we got the same problem,but they send me a mail, which is stated we are in a wait list, and to wait our PD to be current for further processing

Thanks johnnycleus!i also received similar letter.i hope they allow us to move to the next process while waiting for our PD to be current

finger crossed to have our pd to be current on Feb. and wish by the time they allow us to move to the next step of our process while we waiting like you said it
