One of the biggest issue i have seen when there's a big age gap also is with K1 visa's. It seems like to the CO you are showing you aren't that serious of the relationship. And what if he comes over and doesn't marry in 90 days. Seems to thjem maybe once you reach a certain age you just marry. Like being engaged is for youngish folk.

I haven't seen lately ANY nigerian couples with age gaps even at 10 years that have been approved for K1. They end up marrying and file the CR1/IR1.

Go through the reviews and Nigerian post you will see a pattern of denials..

Based on our interview I have no doubt that ahd we filed anpother K1 rhat it woudl have been denied also.

Many of the responses from the emabsssy when I soflty challenged them via email on the denial said specifically to get married and file a spousal visa.

We filed for the second K1 and got it but then not many went to the extent I did over the denial. And yes we have more than a 10 year age gap .

Wasn't an issue at my husbands interview! They didn't even mention it! I {wife-USC} am 21 years older than my husband!! Be prepared and have tons of proof of genuine relationship and you will be fine

if u really love her you will compose your self very well k.age matters on this situation but what you are going to say to the Co matters as well.am 20 years older than my husband but we both love each other.
