My wife has her interview tomorrow in Islamabad. She is taking the following items for our marriage evidence;

- Marriage Certificate

- Wedding Video

- Wedding Photo Album

- Phone Bills

- Gift Receipts

- Calling Cards

I also have a Co-Sponsor as well and our income meet the requirements.

Is there still a reason why the consulate can still deny her visa? Thanks.

If they are not convinced your relationship is genuine, or she has some sort of waiver issue, those would be grounds for denial. But it sounds like she has plenty to show evidence of a relationship, hopefully everything will be fine.

Good luck & hopefully you will be together soon!

Fasel,

Sure - if she's inadmissable for any of the reasons enumerated in the INA, she'll be denied the visa. The spouse of a US citizen can request a waiver of some of those reasons.

Fasel,

The Immigration and Nationality Act contains a number of things that make an alien inadmissable to the USA. A person who is inadmissable - not allowed to enter - will be denied a visa.
