how will i know that i am ready to filled up the form 260? i am the primary applicant and i paid already my iv processing fee, but my child's name was, incorrect thats why i only pay mine first. Now how do i know that i am ready to filled up the form online? any clues?can my agent do it for me? will u advice me to send my documents on the nvc by mail instead ? do i need a cove rpage from these, like for the AOS coversheet? thanks in advance

The DS260 is to be filled out online: https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

The civil documents should be mailed to NVC via snail mail/courier. Don't forget to include the IV cover sheet.

The petitioner, principal applicant and agent can all access the ceac site.

I presented the NVC letter (email) that shows my MNL case number. This replaces the interview letter.

Remember, the medical exam is only valid for 6 MONTHS. We have to be in the US before it expires, otherwise, we will have to re-do it and pay another fee.
