Sending ds230

Hi , is there a case similar to us ? We are about send the ds230 as instructed by nvc , we would just want to know if how long more we have to wait for my interview date and medical ? We got out noa2 since nov 9, 2012 for my I -130 , we had some problems that's why we took some time to further process our apllication , we have a 2 yr old son and we got already his US passport so we are really just waiting for my visa so we can be together on our 3rd year wedding anniversary and we really hope it will come true

hi sis i thought u already in the US na, we are the same nvc stage now ha, nvc got emailed from them we have checklist so we need to resubmit again the for my hubby aos form need more correction.dec 17 2012 nagka noa2 ako... happy to hear from u again since the last time we talked, did u alreaddy filled out the form ds-260 online? un ang replacement ng ds230,

I would first make contact with NVC, it's still within a year but get up to date on the status of your case. Call them and submit anything they might request. Good luck and remember DS-230 is obsolete, submit the DS-260 online and documents to NVC thereafter.

Call NVC and get up to date, that's the best option IMO. Good luck

Kabayan, (DHEL) were in the same boat, right now gathering all requirements for AOS. by Monday will mail them out but my question for Ds-260 I can start working on it right now while AOS have not yet submitted.. so what is going to happen there were no more DS230?

Technically you can do both as long as the IV bill has been paid and processed. The CEAC website will tell you when you can start processing the DS-260 application.

You either get checklisted to submit the DS-260 after processing the AOS or to submit the AOS after the DS-260 has been processed. Everything depends on which document gets reviewed first. I was checklisted twice, once to sumbit the DS-260, then another to submit the AOS (checklist AOS that is).

Good luck and remember the DS-230 is essentially the DS-260.

The DS-260 is for the Beneficiary aka Principal Immigrant. The information is as if the immigrant is filling it out him/herself. There's a section on it that asks about the petitioner, about there he/she intends to live with and where. Read closely, application is relatively simple and straight forward. Good luck

unfortunately fire. my kids are minor ages 11 & 3. so il be the one acting as thier agent.. my question fire. do i need to registered as a agent for this case for ds230..im fillinf in up right now., there was a question there about.: children info. ( stated of, do you have any children).. is this question refered to me or to the applicant as my minor child..

please study ds-261 - the ds-3032 is no longer used at NVC.

The DS-230 is no longer supported, you will need to fill the DS-260. When it refers to the child, just go back and see who the questions is being told to. Most likely does the applicant have any children. But check again, the DS-230 will not be accepted thus not be processed. Darnell is also right.

Before I went thru with these process. I already choose myself as a agent confirming with DS3032 on behalf of my kids because they are under 21,so meaning

on this process of ds260 all responses thru mail or Email will directly to the petitioner right. what is this ds261 choice of agent is this connected to ds260?

OK, go to https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/, check where you stand exactly, if you submitted the DS-3032, no need to worry about sending in the DS-261, its essentially the same. All responses will be to you because you chose it already. If you have the Case number and Invoice id which i'm guessing you do, you will see if you already submitted the appropriate forms. There you will see if you can fill the DS-260 which was the DS-230 previously, I seriously hope i'm not confusing you, thanks!
