Contact the Embassy via email (even if you have previously) and let them know that it's been a month since you've been waiting and that because you are afraid that the Packet may be lost, you are HIGHLY requesting it be sent via email! Good luck. PS--This has worked in the past with the Embassy in Haiti...

If you do go to the Embassy, make sure you have a written letter requesting Packet 3 be picked up at Haiti Messenger. They may request a fee. You will not be able to see anyone at that time... Unless, you the USC go there and attempt to go to the US-citizen section. Let me check with one of my friends who did something similar and tell you exactly what they did once at the Embassy...

This is the response from my friend regarding her fiancé: "He went to Sogeexpress and bought a pin number and called the number they told him to call. The person he called scheduled a day and time for him to then come pick it up."

Hope this helps!!

I had the same problem. I emailed constantly! I called and the number was always busy or I got hung up on. I finally got through and they made my fiance an appointment to get the packet. They also said they would email it to us, but they never did. I never received it in the USA and he never received it via mail in Haiti.
