I am the petitioner and gathering information on filling out I-864 for my husband. Also i have a co-sponsor who filled out I-864. I am the agent of the case and doing everything on my own which is why i am confused about the form.

On the form first page under "MAILING ADDRESS" (2.a) do i have to put in my USA address or my husand's?Keep in mind that i am the CHOICE OF AGENT on the case.

Also what about on the co-sponsor I-864 first page on the form under "MAILING ADDRESS (2.a) does the co-sponsor put his address or the applicants which is my husband?

I am trying to wrap up the packet so please help and guidance is much appreciated!

Thank you,

Fahad & Navin

The thing is my confusion is with the MAILING ADDRESS on first page of I-864...i have heard various things that its maybe the sponsor info , maybe applicant...

I am trying to get the most accurate information. I call NVC daily and most times they dont seem to help much and are rude.

ANYONE THAT CAN TELL ME WHAT TO DO ???
