I-129F Final review before sending (Am I missing anything?)

Good Evening Everyone

After many hours of scrutinizing forms, gathering evidence, and trying to be as perfect and concise as possible, I believe I am FINALLY ready to send off my I-129F petition to marry my fiancee from the United Kingdom.

But before I send it early this week, I thought I might confer with the experts (that would be you all) to see if what I have is enough, or if I should work to find some more.

This is everything I have so far, I followed the K1 guide and many many forum posts as best as possible.

(P.S. I copy and pasted a bit from M&Mz and then edited to match my stuff, so this is just to thank them and credit them)

1. Form G-1145 (to get the email and phone notification when recieved)

2. Cover Letter

3. Check for $340

4. I-129F petition

5. I-129F Supplement for question Part 2, Question 34.a

6. G-325A and passport style photo of petitioner

7. G-325A and passport style photo of beneficiary

8. Petitioner's statement of intent to marry

9. Beneficiary's statement of intent to marry

10. Copy of Birth certificate of petitioner

QUESTION: Can I send in a front and back photocopy of my certified copy (I only have 1 personal copy) or should I send in my certified copy and just go get another certified copy for myself.

11. Proofs of having met in the last two years and proof of ongoing relationship

A. Passport pages showing stamps of arrival and departure, scan of airline ticket , and airline fare payment emails/receipt for petitioner (2 flights from past 2 years)

B. Passport pages showing stamps of arrival and departure, scan of airline ticket , and airline fare payment receipt for beneficiary (3 flights from past 2 years)

C. Photos of us together in both England and America (8 total)

D. Screenshots of skype conversations as proof of ongoing relationship/communication (12 screenshots total)

E. Two signed letters confirming ongoing relationship from petitioner's parents

Am I missing anything? And what do you recommend for my birth certificate question?

Thanks in advance for everything, you guys saved me $3500 dollars that I didn't have to pay for a lawyer...(rip off)

Regards

CLMIKE

Wow, you have more supporting documents ensemble into your I-129F package than mine, good.gif . As far as my experience, it should be sufficient for USCIS. Some VJers here might add more information for you. Good luck!

We sent photocopies too and didn't have any problems.

Fiance refused to let go of the only copy he had. He is a big burly marine, I refuse to pry it away from him. LOL

Thank you for the replies. I will probably make all my copies this afternoon, let this page sit for another 24 hours to see if anyone else replies, and then express mail it tomorrow to start the process!

Good Morning,

I am glad you are ready to get this process moving. My fiancee is in Brazil and I know how hard it is to have them so far away. I have just one question regarding all your paperwork. You said you had letters from your parents? Did you have letters from her parents as well? Both my parents have passed away but hers are still with us. Would letters from her parents suffice? Also, are the letters neccessary or is this just added information for the verification of the ongoing relationship?

Thanks and again, congratulations

Letters are not required. I just added them as extra information. I scanned through several pages of the RFE forum, and many times, when they request an RFE, they request notarized letters from individuals confirming the relationship (other than the petitioner and beneficiary). Being the Boy Scout that I am, consider it me just being over-prepared, and sending them anyway in the beginning.
