Good Vj Iam a US MILITARY currently assign in korea for one year ill be back in USA next year is anybody know how to assemble our application for fiancee visa for my filipino gf iam currently in Philippines and i wanted to start filling fiancee visa .. is there is specific requirements for Military

is there any specific form as well and is this possible to sponsore while iam in korea?where would i send my application in korea or in USCIS PS HELP

hi, the requirements that are listed on the guides here on VJ is the same for military. The only difference is your proof of financial support. my fiance used 3 years worth of w2, and 6 months of his latest LES. He also requested his CO to make a letter that included his rank, annual pay, his enlistment details etc. What I'm unsure of is how to file it when you (the petitioner) are in another country. There might be other details/forms you need to know about so you probably should call the military helpline. 1-887-247-4645

Have a family center or a legal office there? Go there for assistance as all the AFN PSAs say you do.
