Hi, I just came to Us with a K1 visa, Got married a week ago dancin5hr.gif Now the hear part to fill all the forms to the adjustment of status, my question>

--Do I fill the forms with my new name? <-If you changed your name with marriage, then yes, use the name you will go by from now on.

--to fill the AP form they ask for dates, I dont have a date Im going to trave... what should I do with that form? <--Leave them blank and then hand-write Unknown in those boxes after you print it out.

to translate de birth certificate and vaccination document do I need a profesional person to translate them? <--No. Anyone fluent in both languages can do it. The person doing the translation just needs to include this certification on the translated documents > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

--what evidence do I need to send with the package? for the Affidavit of support, Can we use the same bank letter, employer letter that we sent with the I129 package or need a new one?? <-If the income and bank info has not changed then yes. You may want to include your most recent pay stub to show income is the still the same.

I CANT download the instruction for the I-765 work authorization.... <-- Yes, not sure what the problem is with that. Maybe make sure your Adobe Reader is up to date. The category you need for #16 is (c )(9 ). Check the example form > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-765.pdf

Thank you!!
