I received my green card with wrong expiration date

I got an email from USCIS on Aug 20th saying that they have noticed they sent me a green card with wrong expiration date which is true cuz Im rightnow a conditional resident but they gave me a 10 yrs one. They asked me to mail it back and claimed that once they received the card, I will received a new replacement card with 5 to 7 days.

However, it has been half month, I still didnt hear from USCIS. So I went to USCIS website, enter the GC receipt number, and it shows this

"We have destroyed the card produced for this case OS155A IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION because it was returned as undeliverable and we have not since heard from you. You must file a new application to obtain a new card. When filing a new application, follow the instructions on the form, indicate you are filing because you did not receive the last card we manufactured, and reference the receipt number for this case."

It doesnt make any sense! I checked the ELIS also by logging to my account it shows that my case reopened on Aug 27th and is process now.

I have no idea how long it will takes and if I should do anything about this situation!

Make an info-pass, involve your congressman and have copies of all communications you received from USCIS. Have a copy of the wrong card?

If the ELIS site says they're making a new card you can call the USCIS and use that reciept number to figure out what is going on. Also If the ELIS says it's reopened you probably have to wait for them to produce a new card. But I would give them a call first and see when that might be.
