I honestly do not think it will take them 90 days. I am sure the supervisor will review it and will approve it if everything looks OK.

I am sure that they must have giving you a reason why. If the reason is a complicated one, you might have to present document and that might take a long time.

Best of luck.

thanks Daniel Malera,

The Officer did not mention any reason and also I did not asked and my attorney also did not asked about the reason.she kept all the docs that gave her and explained accordingly, The officer was worried about my personal bank account that I have before marriage and never closed, I also asked the officer that I can provide statements but she did not say anything.she asked how much balance is in your account and I told her is about $140.0. but all my and my wife's all paychecks always goes to our joint account.I never thought my personal account will be some kind of problem.now I am printing all the bank statements for the past year might she ask.Over all she looked convinced most of the time reviewing all the other docs that I presented to her.

what you think?

Well that's worrisome. I don't work--stay at home dad, and I homeschool our oldest. My wife keeps an account on her own for lunch money at work, but the paycheck is split between her account and the joint account on the direct deposit. Wonder if this si going to be a problem.

She asked me do I have another account , I said yes I do . coz I don't wanna hide ....when we got married me and my wife both got accounts and she added to her and since that day we use that one together and both our pay checks goes there.my account I did not closed my account that I have since 2006.As this account is not joint so I did not send them statements...now if they want I will send them. How our personal account can be problem ..I am confused.

See now I'm worried. My wife dropped off my checking for about a year when we switched banks. We set up accounts at different times and with her work schedule it took us a while to get her over to the bank to add her on to my account. Still, -$40 a paycheck she puts in her account, the paycheck has always went to the same account and all our bills are paid off that account.

I think it's quite common to have separate accounts. We do, and we also have two joint accounts. We use our personal accounts for work-related expenses, and also, if I want to make a gift to my wife, I don't want her to see how much I paid for it...

First of all, I do not think you should be worried. It will get approve if your marriage is real. It might take a while but it will.

I think financial disclosure is very important, in my opinion is the most important of all documents. IRS transcripts & bank statements can say a lot about you.

As an accountant I usually can tell exactly where people spend their money, how much and what are their spending habits. I would not be surprised if USCIS have access to a system called FIRM (financial institution record match) which basically tell what is your balance on each of your accts and where do you bank. Child support agencies & IRS have this system.

If the joint bank statements you provided them have minimal transactions and a low daily balance, and on the other hand you have another single account in which you have thousands of dollars and a lot of transactions, it will raise a red flag.

Just an opinion not a fact.
