I received a mail from USCIS!! Oh! its just my biometrics appointment for my EAD renewal -_- nothing to be excited about. *rolls eyes*

it's gonna be on March 2nd, but i am planning on a early walk-in this friday, Feb 27th and probably make an infopass and ask where the hell is my case.

So meant to be in this teleconference call with USCIS at 3pm, but guess what they didnt email with the password to ring up and become involved. How surprising..... NOT!!!

It let me fill it all in and submit, but then it said I was still in the processing time probably for Pittsburgh I guess.

When did you mail out your renewal and when did you receive NOA for it. We mailed ours on the 12th trough the attorney and havent received anything back yet. It makes me nervous, dont want to miss the bio appt.

We mailed our EAD renewal on Feb 12th and as of Feb 24th we have not heard or received anything. How long has it taken you guys to get something back?

When did you mail out your renewal and when did you receive NOA for it. We mailed ours on the 12th trough the attorney and havent received anything back yet. It makes me nervous, dont want to miss the bio appt.

i sent it on Feb 2nd and got the NOA after more than 2 weeks i think.. but USCIS received it on Feb 6th. Don't you worry, your NOA will come.

Yes, you have to wait until your field office date is past your received date of NOA1 for I485.

Just received text messages about our case, Checked it online and it said New Card is being produced for me and my K-2's, I received a letter just last Feb 17 asking for marriage license which i originally included in the AOS packet but I still sent out 3 copies one for me and for each of my K2 and today received the good news!! Thank God!

  • March 11, 2014: Received by USCIS
  • March 19, 2014 : Fingerprint fee received
  • March 20, 2014: Checks Cashed
  • May 5, 2014 : Biometrics Appointment
  • May 22, 2014 : EAD/AP Approved
  • May 31, 2014 : EAD/AP Combo Card received
  • June 27, 2014 : Notice of Potential Interview waiver
  • January 21, 2015: RFE for Marriage License
  • February 25,2015: Updates:(Text & Email): Card being ordered to be produced, Card in Production, Welcome letter mailed.

Great news for you and your K-2's...It seems that the late stage RFE's are approved rapidly after they receive the required item. That's been the history here...
