i ll be travelling on K1 visa anytime soonm accra - new york - boston,

i also learnt that New York ll be my POE, is that true?

i heard of a form I 94 and want to know much abt it,

i saw a sample on the internet and came accross a quetion stating '' have u been denied a US visa before?

it continues that if u answer yes, u may be denied entry at the port of entry and that u should contact ur embassy. must that b a problem cos i was denied an F1(student) visa in 2011 but got a fiance visa this august,

the 1-94 shouldn't apply to you due to your visa type and will be overwritten once you Adjust Status (someone I am sure will correct me if I am wrong on this one)

regarding your concerns on POE, yes it will be NY and no your previous F-1 denial is a non issue.. if it was an issue, it would have been addressed at your interview.

Immigrations does the I-94 electronically now. You will not complete the form on the aircraft anymore, you will go online to the CBP website after you clear POE to print out a copy for your records (as you should have a copy with your passport)

the 1-94 shouldn't apply to you due to your visa type and will be overwritten once you Adjust Status (someone I am sure will correct me if I am wrong on this one)

The I-94 is very necessary with the K-1 visa.
