Finally Approved...

Post Decision Activity

On April 1, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

10th Sept 2013 - Documents Sent to Phoenix, AZ Lockbox through USPS Express Post

11th Sept 2013 - Delivered

13th Sept 2013 - NOA1 Received via SMS

23rd Sept 2013 - NOA1 hardcopy received

As of 28th Sept - Case was last updated on 16th Sept, Case Status: Initial Review

5th March 2014 - Case transferred to Nebraska Service Centre

1st April 2014 - NOA2 Received via Email

16th April 2014 - NVC received the file

13th May 2014 - NVC assigned the Case #

20th May 2014 - DS-261 submitted.

20th May 2014 - AOS fee of $88 Paid

23rd May 2014 - AOS Fee Status Paid.

27th & 28th May - AOS Package Sent and Received by NVC as per USPS.

25th June 2014 - IV Invoiced and Paid.

1st July 2014 - DS-260 completed and Submitted.

7th July 2014 - IV Packet Sent.

7th July 2014 - RFE received for AOS form.

Just got approved today! looks like I was removed form the spread sheet.

Transfer: 3/5/14

Local Office: NSC

Approved: 04/01/2014

CONGRATS! That was my mistake in removing you - I was cleaning up the sheet not too long ago lol Ooooooooopsie!

So my husband finally received the documents from me that USCIS asked for in the RFE (they call it snail mail for a reason, jeez), but now we're confused as to what address should we send the RFE response to? The only address I see in the RFE letter is on the bottom of the blue cover sheet, is that it? Also, do we need to add an ATTN: something or other on there?

I made about $27000 .. last year because i stayed outside with my wife for about 4 months ..and didn't work....

But this year i am expecting to make double that ...so wat should i write my current income is in the form I864 .....?

and is this income good enough or do i need joint income ?

and

In Part 5 ... do i just put 2 in line8 ....if its just me and my wife ?
