Thank you. I am trying to be pro active. I sent something to my congress person. I put in a service request and I emailed TSC. Its frustrating seeing all the October people getting approved. I am happy for everyone but frustrated for myself.

We filed a SR on March 20 and were supposed to hear back by April 6. We didn't ... but got approved instead :P

So- in my case it helped. I just checked other cases around me and they are still not approved...

It seems that it helped VNBC too.

That said- I hope it will help you too!

We contacted congressman Wolf right after the transfer but we still didn't hear anything back from him. Ha...Figures...

To all other approvals- congrats!!!

To all still waiting.... please hang in there... (L)(L)(L) And I hope you'll get approved THIS week!

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

Umm, it's more like 5-6 months, hon... NVC is slow now, so this stage alone will take 3-5 months, and then it depends how quick will an interview date be assigned. Look up how long it takes for your embassy as not all USEMs are the same.

It's getting better. NVC is averaging 58 days right now, so it's about a 2 month process. This does not include medical & interview JUST NVC.

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!
