Hello everybody!!

I am planning a trip to Houston at end of October. I entered as K-1 visa on July. I married and applied for AOS.

I have a question... My I-94 expires on 10/02/2013.

I have the NOA1 already and will have my biometrics done next week. I wont probably have the EAD or AP. What I need to show at airport that I am not illegal in USA?

You don't need to proof your immigration status to travel within the States but Puerto Rico. Just an ID with photo. In case you don't have, your passport is more than enough. The airline just need to make sure you are owner of the airplane ticket. I traveled in your same curcunstance when I was waiting for my gc and never had an issue. Just make sure to bring a copy of your wedding certificate and your noa1 of your current process just in case

You just need government ID to travel within the US. Your passport will work.
