Congrats! It means USCIS has approved your petition. Did you file i-130?

yes y husband filled I-130. my PD is august 14 2013. then i check my status the blank circle is on post activity decision, are you sure this means my petition is approved? we didnt receive noa2.

It should say something like "On (date), we mailed you a notice that we have approved this i130 Immigrant Petition for relative blah blah.."

if your status of your petition is on "post decision", it means that they either approved or denied your application. It will say there whether USCIS approved or denied your application. Check again, you might be one of the lucky filers who got approved within a month from filing. I've seen multiple people got approved within a month of this month.
