Civil documents request at NVC level

Dear Friends,

just wanted to get your ideas here. We all know Civil documents are required at the NVC level and some required at the embassy level. Can the petitioner get all the original documents here in US, notarize and send them ALL with initial petition to USCIS. Ofourse we all know USCIS don't care about beneficiary's passport and other documents BUT don't you this will make things easier. USCIS will forward the entire file/package to NVC anyway?

Well, technically your are right - it is much easier....if I understood it right.

Some civil documents take time to be acquired so in order for i-130 to be processed right away, USCIS does not require everything to be submitted, only the necessary documents like birth or marriage certificate.

They give us ample time, while waiting for i-130 to be approved, to collect the civil documents. It works in our favor.
