Hi all,

does anybody know, if i can travel & work to US on ESTA, while my I130 is pending? I am beneficiary and my present employer is US company having branch outside US, who might send me to US for a business purpose. Could I work in US on ESTA, when having i I130 pending? My work will not be under work low of US but under my home work low. It will be just temporarily for 2-3 months.

Please advise. Thank you.

You could look into an L1 visa - intracompany transfer they are fast and dual intent visas.

I'm guessing not from your timeline but there are also a number of options available to Canadian citizens.
