I am filling out the I-134 and I understand that London would like to see a copy of my pay stubs, W-2's, and Tax Returns. However, I filed my taxes on Turbo Tax so I was wondering if I am allowed to print out my Turbo Tax returns or if I have to write the IRS?

You should be able to log in and select the prior years to view then print. I have had to do this numerous times and it has alwas worked. Good luck!

To be safe I got the transcripts from the IRS direct. You can do it all online and it only took a week to get them. Some embassies might note really mind Turbo Tax, etc but some want the official transcripts. Better to be safe than sorry in my book! Good luck!!

Its best to use the IRS transcripts. Turbo Tax returns show you filled out forms only.

I used TurboTax. Keep in mind with TurboTax, a copy of the W2 or 1099 goes with it to make a "complete tax return." Then your pay stubs would be a second (backup) proof.

London has no specific list of what is required as proof. They have approved with employer letter only and no tax return, so no worries about TurboTax as long as your W2 is with it.
