DS 3032 already Emailed to NVC but no IV bill yet

I emailed the DS3032 more than a week but up to now I haven't received yet the IV Bill. I don't have any idea if it was "accepted". However I received an auto reply from NVC few minutes I emaled the form.

I kept checking the payment online to see if the IV bill is already available. up to now, NONE ranting33va.gif . Verifying it from time to time surely drives me crazy.....

How long does it really has to take after sending the DS3032 to receive the IV Bill????

You have to wait atleast 2weeks.. if you haven't received after 2weeks go and read saylin post 1 and 2 and do the trick :)

It will take 10-20 business days for NVC to accept your DS3032. Once accepted, they will generate the IV fee invoice a couple of days later.

We are the same, waiting for ds-3032 to accept. Waiting for iv bill..

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

I submit the DS-3032 choice of Agent , I use email template, I send it Thursday aug 15, 2013, they reply to me today..

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the
immigrant visa petition: MNLXXXXXXXXXXXXXX filed by S XXXXXXXX on
behalf of DELIA XXXXXXX

Unfortunately, no attachments were included with the e-mail. Please
resubmit the e-mail with the documentation attached.

To continue processing your immigrant visa case, you will need to
designate an agent by completing form DS-3032 (Choice of Address and
Agent). Upon receipt of the Ds-3032, we will send instructions for
paying the immigrant visa application fee. All future correspondence
will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

THE REPLY TOGETHER MY TEMPLATE, do i need to send it again? do i need to send the template together the scan DS-3032?

I thought email template is okey..
