Hi,

My sister got married to her Fiance 4 months ago. He came to US on K1 Visa. She filed for AOS and he got his work permit recently. His papers are in the process and recently a letter came from USCIS that they may call him for interview. My question is She is not happy with him he is driving her crazy and he recently threatened her that I need my Green card otherwise I won't divorce you. Basically she wants to cancel the petition and cancel the work permit and file for divorce. Please tell me the process. I apprecite it. Thank you
