Anybody here who went to CFO office for sticker? What documents did you submitted? Last May when I attended seminar they haven't ask for requirements aside from the form we fill-up before the orientation started. But after seminar they gave us our certificate, and instructed us to go back with visa for sticker.

Registration (if VISA is "in hand" already)

• Original and photocopy of passport
• Original and photocopy of visa
• Original and photocopy of CFO guidance and counseling certificate
• Duly completed emigrant registration form

yes. or at NAIA desk (on the day of ur departure)... terminal 1. if u will depart to US in NAIA1

What time should you go to the CFO office to get the sticker? Do we need to call them before we go for the sticker?

She is planning to go to the office the day before her flight since it will be a 7AM flight.

So, the visa packet isn't required for getting the sticker? - no.. for those with IDS, they just need to photocopy it..

- normal office hours.. 9am to 5pm for Manila or maybe go early like 7am coz they are already open at 7am

if Janen would go to the office in Manila or Cebu,no need to call unless she will register in NAIA.. in my case I called CFO NAIA desk a day before my flight even though the officer at CFO Manila office told me that there is no need to call at CFO NAIA desk if I register there.lol

-they are open from 5am til 12 midnight. but if Janen's flight is at 7am, not sure if she can register there. because when i called before, the CFO NAIA desk officer thought that my flight is at 7am, so he told me i might be short in time since we need to be at the airport atleast 3hrs before the flight etc etc.. but my flight was 7pm so it was fine.. and i registered there..

- ya.. i think this is to be sure, have your fiancee go to CFO's office instead of registering at NAIA.. because if ur fiance will register at NAIA, she would need to be there at 5am to register at CFO and she will only have 2hrs remaining to fall in line to check-in the baggage if she bring any then fall in line again for the terminal fee and immigration then security screening then look for the Gate then security screening again before she board on her flight.. so i think the 2hrs extra might be short.. or like in a race..

I called the CFO NAIA desk office about the sticker..since our flight would be on 27th this August, they told me to call back 3 days before our flight. Risky to get there a day before our flight and holiday on 26th since we are in Visayas..CFO office is closed. I dont wanna spend time staying in Manila for a couple of days but rather spend time with family.

VJ'rs from Cebu please try to ask officer if your going there for CFO this coming week, if I could get sticker, though my certificate was issued in Manila. I could go there a week before our flight than flying to Manila which is more costly for me to spend a couple of days than making a trip for a day to Cebu. Thank you.

Yes you can get your sticker in Cebu even though you did the seminar in Manila. No issue.

Please be informed that it is possible to get a sticker at CFO Manila even if you have attended GCP at our office in Cebu. This holds true for those
who attended their Guidance and Counselling in Manila and wishes to have their passports placed with stickers at CFO Cebu. Please do not forget to bring your original GCP certificate whenever transacting with the office.

I'm thinking she could go over there after she arrives in Manila the day before her flight here. I'm booking her a hotel at resort world, so it will be easy to get to airport (and they have free shuttle).

She is going to call the number and ask. I was just curious what you think.

she may call CFO NAIA desk first Dustin if she can do that.. also the other question is, will she be allowed by the security to get inside the terminal if her ticket shows that her flight is "tomorrow" not on that day she goes inside

I am too in the same situation. Keep us posted if she can make it to CFO NAIA a day before her flight..but when I called the officer there, she told me to call 3 days before our flight.

She called them and they said no she couldn't do that. If you want to do it on a day other than your flight you have to go to the office.

But, she is going to get it just before her flight. The flight is at 7:40am, so it will be close.

We will be in a similar situation, unless the embassy gets off their @$$e$ and issues the visa real soon.
