That person got IL on Aug 28.

So far NVC has been giving out IL every 27th of the month (last week) so we have to be case completed at most on the 3rd week to be able to get IL. If not, we have to wait til the last week of the succeeding month.

One example is my friend who got case complete email on July 26. He received IL Aug 26.

yes, i think we should be case complete by the third week to get IL for Nov and if we got our case complete by the end of this month we need to wait for last wk of October for the IL and the interview for that wud probably fall on dec.

Ate apple21, they're talking about citizens' wife right? Cause they dont use the bolettin. So we cant say that the cut off for october will be 2012 end looking this case? Or can we?
